The Three Roses, with both its location and its name, carries on the tradition of the inn that was located in the same premises at the Broumov monastery from the 17th century to the early 20th century. The name “The Three Roses” refers to the coat of arms and symbolism of the Benedictine order.

The eponymous restaurant offers modern ambience with a touch of rural cuisine. Our menu is based on local and regional traditions. Guests will find the best that Czech fields, gardens, forests, and lakes have to offer on their plates. Our chefs take inspiration from recipes that were used in the monastery kitchens. An important part of the baroque concept restaurant philosophy is that everything is made from scratch. Guests can enjoy fresh bread baked right on the premises, as well as homemade dumplings, sausages, spreads, and pâtes. Individual products  – “baroque preserves” – will be available for purchase to take home.

The restaurant is also a tank pub tthat serves beer fresh from the tank, and is a standalone space connected directly with the kitchen. Immediately upon entering the restaurant, guests are greeted by a cosy tavern for 56 people with views of the beer tanks and original fireplaces. At the rear of the building is a separate hall for 72 people, where wedding receptions, company dinners, or conferences can be held. The Rose Courtyard offers a pleasant place for relaxation with a garden for 40 people and a separate outdoor bar.
